CHITKARA UNIVERSITY, Himachal Pradesh N.S.S Unit cell has been aiming to enhance standards of living of the underprivileged and an overall developemnet of the society since 2008. The basic idea between Sankalp was to embibe this habit and virtue of social and moral responsibilty amongst the youth, the upcoming future.
As the future of the nation and even the world, we have a moral obligation, even a responsibility to use the workforce and resources we have for the upliftment of the society we live in. To inculcate such a feeling of moral righteousness and to encorporate a coherent thought process in all young minds,to work for a sustainable future for the nation is what we aim at.
We the members of CU-NSS have four diffrents pillars namely :

4)UNNATI
With the help of this we organise various activities which leads to the upliftment of the underprivileged society.
